- Take a pressure cooker and heat oil
- Add meat and fry a bit and add ginger garlic paste. Fry till meat become light brown
- Add black pepper, whole spice powder and mix
- Add some water and close the lid of pressure cooker
- Cook for 30 minutes. Than release pressure and open lid. Check if meat become tender. If not than cook again for some time
- Mix meat till all water evaporated and oil seperated.
- Dish out and enjoy with Nan with lemon juice and green chillies.
