  1. For the crust, mix together moong dal powder, urad dal powder, rawa, besan, rice flour.

  3. Put in water to make a thick, smooth paste consistency batter
  4. Let it rest for 10 minutes.
  5. Adjust water again if the batter becomes too thick.
  6. Heat a non stick pan.
  7. Put in little oil.
  8. Spread about 4 tablespoons of batter to make about 1/4 inch pancake.
  9. Cook both sides on low flame with a lid on.

  11. With a round cookie cutter, cut out 3 to 4 roundels of about 3 inches diameter.
