- Take 1 pinch red food colour
- Make ready For the grilled chicken*
- Get 1 kg boneless chicken cut into 1×6 inch strips
- Take 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
- Make ready 1/4 tsp pepper powder
- Prepare 1 tsp red chilli powder
- Get 1/4 tsp coriander powder
- Make ready 1/4 tsp cumin powder
- Get 1 tbsp lemon juice

- Prepare the sauce by grinding all the mentioned ingredients to a smooth paste. Marinate the chicken will all the ingredients mentioned under grilled chicken and set aside for 1 hour. After an hour grill the chicken in the oven at 200°C for 10 minutes.
- Preparing the gravy. Cut the grilled chicken into small bite sized pieces and set aside. Heat butter in a pan, add the onions, green chillies and saute for a few minutes.
