- Sab se pehly ham biryani ka chicken taiyar karen gy, to sab se pehly ak patili mein ghee ko garam karen,
- Jab ghee achi tarhan garam ho jaey to us mein pyaz ko bareek bareek kat ke daley or bilkul halka sa golden fry karen phir us mein tamater dalen or 2-3 mint tak pakaen,
- Jab tamater gal jaen to us mein lehsan, adrak or hari mirchon ka paste dalen or mazeed 1-2 mint tak pakaen,
- Then us mein chicken dalen or sath hi ak packet shan biryani masale ka dalen ke 4-5 mint take bhunnen phir is mein 1 cup pani dalen or dhak ke medium flame pe 10-12 mint tak pakaen ta ke chicken gal jaey,
- Phir ak patili mein pani ko ubalne ke liy rakh dein phir jab us pani mein ubal ana shuru ho jaey to us mein cooking oil, namak or sare garam masale jo rice ke liy uper likhen hn dal dein or sath hi rice b dal ke ubal lein,
- Jab rice ubal jaen to us ko channi mein nikal lein ta ke us ka sara pani khushk ho jaey,
- Phir ak patili mein sb se nechy thora sa ghee dalen phir us ke uper thore se rice then chicken ka jo masala banaya hy wo dalen phir dobara rice or us pe thora sa orange food color then dobara chicken ka masala or akhir mein bake ke rice or thora sa food colour,
- Phir is ko cover kar ke dam pe rakh dein 8-10 mint tak,
- Mazeedar Chicken Biryani taiyar hy is ko dahi ke raita ke sath paish karen.
