- Add oil and fry dont let it to be too dry
- Add the daddawa and ginger fry for 5 minutes
- Add water and allow to boil
- Add the maggi salt and curry
- Turn down the heat let it cook well.
- Then clean your dried fish with warm water and add to the cooking pot, let reduce to your desired level
- This is grinded dried okro
- Add potash
- Then add your dried okro
- Add little by little and stir gently then add cray fish
- Let it cook for 10minutes and turn off the heat
- Your dried okro soup is ready
