- Soak moong dal for 1-2 hours. Drain extra water. Add salt, green chillies, 1/2 tsp garlic paste in moong dal. Grind it in mixture and make even batter. Add water to make batter like dosa. Stir well.
- In a big bowl take potatoes and other ingredients, spices. Mix them all together.
