Instructions to make Jal jeera:
  1. Wash mint leaves, coriander leaver, ginger and green chillies.
  2. Grind all the masala, mint, coriander, chillies and ginger to a fine paste.Add little water if required.
  3. Empty the chutney and store in the refrigerator for a week.
  4. Take 2 heaped tbsp of the mint chutney in a jar.Add 1/2litre chilled water.Let it rest in the refrigerator for an hour or more. Strain the jal jeera.Sqeeze the juice of 3 lemon.mix and serve chilled garnished with Bondi and mint leaves.
  5. NOTES- you can add less amchur powder and can add nimbu ka saath(citric acid crystals). Con adjust the amount of all the spices according to taste. Always serve very chilled
