  2. 1 cup oil garam krein aur onion ko fry kar lein light golden kar ke nikal lein phir issi oil main wash kiye hoe karelay fry krein karelay etne fry krne hain ke golden ho jain aub karelay bhi oil sy nikal kar rakh lein
  3. Aub jo oil bacha tha onion aur karelay fry krne ke baad ussi oil main gosht add kar ke bhon lein colour change ho jaye tu ginger garlic paste add kar dein aur achi tarhan bhon lein
  4. Aub red chilli powder coriander powder Tarmiric powder salt & sonf, kalonji dal kar achi tarhan thora thora pani dal kar bhon lein jab bhon jaye tu etna pani add krein ke gosht gal jaye gosht gal jaye tu Tamatar dal kar bhon lein oil alad ho jaye tu fry onion & fry karelay add kar ke bhon lein hari mirch dalein 1/2 cup pani dalein 10 min slow flame par dam par rakh dein ready hai
