- Cover the bowl with plastic and leave it in a warm area to rise for 1hr.Knead for 3mins then divide the dough into 12/13 oval balls. Make a slit in the middle of each with a knife then dust the dough with flour. Cover for another 30/40mins till it proofs.
- Preheat the oven at 200°c and bake the rolls for 15mins till golden brown. Let it cool then place in a plastic bag for later use or serve warm. MAKES 13 ROLLS
