  1. Heat 3 tablespoons cooking oil on a tawa. Add a teaspoon of finely crushed garlic. Sauté brown.
  2. Add 1 medium sized onion finely chopped. Sauté until translucent. Add 1/4 teaspoon salt.
  3. Add 1/2 cup shredded cabbage. Sauté until soft.
  4. Add spicy peri peri sauce 5 tablespoons.

  6. Add 2 ladleful water. Cook until cabbage is par cooked.
  7. Place the urad Vadas on the gravy.
  8. Simmer the flame. Cover and cook for 2 minutes.
