  2. Get 1/4 cup peri-peri sauce
  3. Get Bunch fresh parsley
  4. Prepare 1 small lemon
  5. Get 3 cloves garlic, minced

  8. Prepare 2 Tablespoons Olive oil

  1. Clean and devein the prawns.
  2. In a mixing bowl, mix prawns, fresh parsley, chopped garlic and juice of half a lemon. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Heal olive oil in pan. Add prawns and sauté until prawns are pink almost all the way through.
  4. Add peri peri sauce to pan and cook another 2-3 minutes. Cut a prawn through the centre to see if it is opaque all the way through, otherwise cook another minute or two.
