- Make semi hard dough (just like puri) and keep covered for 1hour
- After 1hour divide dough into small ball size pieces..roll each piece like mathri (not too thick)..prick with fork on both sides to avoid it to puff
- Preheat oven at 350 f
- Bake these in a bit greased tray for 20 minutes then flip all and bake again for 15 minutes..not more than that
