- Heat a pan and boil 2 cup water. Now add methi seeds & cook for 15 min. on medium flame.
- After 15 minutes, water will separate from the fenugreek seeds. Heat a pan and add oil.
- Now add jeera, mustard seeds and chilli fry 30 sec. Now add onion and mix well & fry till colour change.and add salt
- Now add methi seeds. Mix well
- Now add coriander powder,chilli powder and haldi powder. Mix well and fry 10 to 12 min. On low falme
- Now add jaggery and imli pulp mix well and fry 2 to 3 min on medium flame.
- Now add kasuti methi.mix well.
