- Now wash it under tap water with your hands to remove the taste of lemon/ vinegar. Wash thoroughly and then drain off excess water. But let it be a little big soggy.
- At this point you can refrigerate or freeze to use later.
- Now remove it in a bowl and add the flavours that you want to add to it. Mix well. Feta Cheese is ready.
- Now add 1 1/2 tsp of cheese in samosa and prepare all the samosas.
